Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests within our standard return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged. Items marked as final sale are also not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number
- Provide details about the reason for your refund request
- Follow the return instructions we provide
- Ship the item back to us
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary by payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Partial Refunds
